Basic charge on clothing is $7.00 on the first item and $1.00 or $2.00 on each additional items. A pet carrier is an exception, the basic charge of $9.00 and $6.00 for each additional pet carrier. 

 

USPS  Priority Mail

We use this service for most of our orders.It takes 2 to 3 days in the US, and 7 to 10 to other countries.

 

USPA  Express Mail

Overnight service, Please give us a call at   973-728-6080. Cut off time is 1PM EST. Express Mail charge is $20.00 extra.

 

 RETURNS:

All returns must be pre-authorized. Send an e-mail to: www.patches@msn.com with a brief statement of reason for return to receive a return authorization.

Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of initial order placement. Items must be in new condition with original packing. Clothing will not be accepted for return if they are soiled or have dog or cat hair on them.

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping will be charged for exchanges.

Defective Mrechandise:

 Defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. A replacement item will be shipped out at no charge or a refund will be issued for the purchase price.
